Pre-construction services include site investigations, lease/tenant criteria reviews, proforma analysis, geotechnical/soils analysis, plan reviews, conceptual budgeting, master scheduling, bidding and procurement. We pride ourselves in our ability to properly plan, accurately quantify, and expertly contract our projects to reduce risk for our clients. Our bidding and pricing efforts are 100% "open book".

We believe our role is to "lead the charge" on our projects for our clients. Through a sense of urgency, collaboration, tracking, open book accounting, and attention to detail we deliver our projects timely and close out our projects efficiently. We are firm but fair with our subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors which allows us to maintain excellent relationships in the marketplace. We utilize cutting edge technology for scheduling, shop drawing/submittal review, OAC meetings, and project accounting.

Our project delivery model is first and foremost, flexible to our clients needs. The idea behind our design-build delivery method is to allow the owner to work along side the architect and contractor from start to finish. This ensures strong coordination amongst all team members of the contract, preventing any project or communication error. We provide input in model and constructability reviews in the phases of design and procurement. In doing so, we help to identify elements of project design and project build that would likely give rise to disputes.
